Tosha Dunn, a second year full-time law student, joins the Investor Advocacy Clinic for the spring 2016 semester. A graduate of Mercer University with a degree an economics and finance, Dunn also has a MA from Georgia State in economics with an international markets focus. She joined the clinic to help clients, improve her skills and gain experience. According to Dunn,
“The Investor Advocacy Clinic is an avenue for investors to pursue their legal concerns, especially when they have small claims. Investors should feel comfortable dealing within the marketplace, which includes having litigation options when their needs haven’t been served or they have been taken advantage of.”
Upon graduation in May 2017, Dunn expects to practice in business litigation, Chapter 11 restructuring and business planning.
