Majda Muhic, a third year law student at Georgia State University College of Law, has joined the Investor Advocacy Clinic’s fall 2016 class of student interns. A graduate of Stanford University with degrees in Comparative Literature and Urban Studies, Muhic joined the clinic to further develop practical lawyering skills and her own professional identity as a lawyer while establishing a way of working that is efficient and workable.
According to Muhic, the Investor Advocacy Clinic is important because
“it allows me to directly impact lives of actual, real-life clients while preparing me for the practice of law and developing my personal and professional voice and identity as a young lawyer. And, it provides a platform for investors who may otherwise remain without recourse to recoup their losses and gives them a voice in the legal system.”
After graduation in May 2017, Muhic plans to work in Troutman Sanders’ IP litigation group.
